Look at the right tail light and the right mirror, and take note of how much they overlap horizontally. Compare that to the left side.. TIL this type of spacial awareness that I thought was obvious and stands out like a sore thumb (to me) is less obvious to other people. And just a rough guesstimate base on me assuming it's a Nissan Sentra, I'd say he's 50-75 feet behind, which equates to a 3 second following distance at 35-45. I get that he sucks at public speaking, but that is so far out of context it makes it hard to take other criticisms of him seriously. This part of the statement he was trying to explain the fact that as a flag officer he had to deal with disciplinary issues and nonjudicial punishment under article 15 of the UCMJ, which he proceeded to say that racial issues were not brought to him. It's not that straight forward. If you look at the signage from each direction, every exit is a double lane exit when not every right lane has to exit. It defies traffic circle logic. I'm pretty sure we don't get accidents there because people are actually paying attention. But I've never actually seen anyone trying to merge approaching that particular except the people leaving the circle K which got better when they extended the parking lot.
