You were thinking about this a lot but never thought that their might be regulations on how a car can look and function like? Just for starters, not like their are hundreds of other reasons why a team shouldn't do it like.... trying to get as many points as possible and not relying on the fact that 10 cars need to DNF in order to get into the points.

I guess the historic control group didn't exclusively consist of children who were locked up in a basement their whole life. Other activities like playing chess might also increase their IQ.
The problems with the study are:
- small sample size
- children who enrolled in Mahjong classes might come from a more supportive family for some reason and therefore develop faster regardless.

Watch the video. Austria is in full support with Ukraine, the neutrality only applies to military alliances and actions.
What do you mean by neutral countries should listen more? They are listening but they cannot do much if Russia is not willing to negotiate or make peace.
