I live in an apartment with their own set of leashing rules, and it’s appalling to me how many people still let their dogs off leash. I have a mini schnauzer and have had several people come out with their dogs off leash that have immediately gotten in his face. They’ll just say “oh, sorry, but he’s friendly!” 🙄 you don’t know if my dog is though!

Another tick in the heard bad things column, but I lived with them at Briarwood for 6 years, and am now at Lakewood Village and I haven’t had any issues other than poor communication when trying to move out at Briarwood. Other than that, it’s been fine. I do feel like they can be pricey depending on location, but that’s probably a universal issue. I’m paying $700 for a 1 bedroom that’s not updated on the south side.
