Probably cheaper in the long run to just pay more than $18/hr for the chance of being verbally or physically abused by angry people in need. You could make just as much working retail, deal with the same sort of irate people, but at least have a sweet employee discount.

Honestly, good riddance. I’ll never forget how disappointed my roommate and I were when we discovered just how little this location stocked. We had just moved to a new apartment in Bushwick and went looking for some basics: a curtain rod, curtains, some wall shelves, dish-ware, a frying pan, and order a Strandmon chair for delivery. NONE of these things were in stock. It was maddening, ended up having to visit a few different TJ Maxx and HomeGood Store (shout out to Atlas Mall for having both of these and a 5 Below to boot). Since it was the store closest to us, the site defaulted to that store even we shopped online and we constantly had to deal with items that were out of stock. Interesting concept that Target seems to do well but it failed here.
