There burgers have always been mediocre for me, they dont hold together well enough for me

For 1500 that place better never have an issue, and be over 700 square feet.
Especially since it's not even in Worcester

I'll say something controversial, a reason to regularly go to the downtown.
The downtown is a ghost town most days, if we invested in the downtown with some more shops, event spaces, bars, etc. It would be much more popular

That's Entertainment last I checked ran Adventures League games, they are officially sanctioned by the makers of D&D and are a great way to get your Tues into the mechanics.

Build another Ballpark on the other side of the city

I'll piggyback this, better infrastructure in general narrow the streets in the downtown, allow for more walking and curbside events.
Also I'd kill for a Mass Transit system that isnt a bus but it's not economical for Worcester

Depends on where you rent, apartment buildings downtown yeah. But if you find a multi family or other rental situation further out most have parking available.

Next Weekend on the 9th Mass DCR is doing on of their twice annual Dam Days at the Wachusset Resevior Dam.
It's a beautiful area, and it's one of the few times you'll be able to walk along the top of the dam
