Very real. When you come to a red light make sure you stop before the white line. If you cross it you will get a ticket in mail. Baltimore City services are horrid but you will get a ticket in the mail almost instantly for everything.

The current bill is showing just under 0.10¢ a kWh. If they are buying it back at the same rate they bill that’s awesome.

I have seen people that live on corner row homes Open the door and walk 10 feet and dump Trash in front of their houses by the storm drain. Blows my mind. Common practice to see people in cars open doors and dump. Such trash

Agreed! We have both! We had out water main line blow up. They replaced it right away.

Yeah my HVAC guy came to service and he smelled a little smoke. He took out the HVAC filter and noticed it was yellow. He was like “yeah they’re smoking in the house…”

$31K for a new roof on a ROWHOME!!!! I would def file a claim with the attorney general in Maryland. You were grossly overcharged and they tried to extort your lack of knowledge. Seriously. Do not let this go. File! They owe you a lot of money back! Row homes don’t have hundreds of linear feet of joists either way. This makes me so upset that they did that to you.
