Seems reasonable to me if you want it done right. You can always check Craigslist.

Money. Are the people of Holyoke willing to spend additional money on taxes to fix a bridge to Cape Cod? Probably won't be happy about it.

I just moved to Leominster from Watertown about 3 years ago now. I have no complaints. I love my house, neighborhood, and access to halfway decent restaurants. Also getting back to Boston is not that difficult, just depends on what time of day.
