I agree. To be candid, I have no medical background but I have read some books on the opioid crisis and have personally lost three people over the last 10 years to overdoses.
When you're an addict, all that matters is the next high. IMO it can be reasonably assumed that you are not in control of your mental faculties and therefore are subject forced intervention to protect you from yourself. We would do the same for people who are obviously having mental episodes.

I've been on finasteride for 2 years and have never had a single symptom. Anecdotal, and different for everyone, but it hasn't been a problem for me.

It's not just my friends. IMO, most dog owners are "bad" or even average dog owners at best. Covid-induced dog ownership hasn't helped.

Oh I agree 100%, but in reality I rarely see that. It's usually the standard "I swear he/she never does that" when something inevitably happens. I wonder if they'll make people sign liability waivers?

Is this a new concept or tried and true somewhere else? Just wondering, because if the dogs at this bar are anything like my friends dogs you’re going to have everything from sweet angels to literal nightmares occupying the same space, and I can see this going poorly.

The people who got shot probably know the shooter. Wonder if they’re willing to break omertà in the case of a 2 year old getting shot.
