Honestly why not. Most any country that allows personal liquor purchases will let you place it in your vehicle. Why not cut down the middle work and have someone else put it in your car as long as your sober as the driver. Any sane person knows to wait until your home. And any sane business owner knows to not serve someone even slightly impaired.

Depends on the state. Not every state used abc stores or equivalent.

Sloshees were real big back in the early pandemic in my area. Cops didn’t crack down on them for a good six months or so until most of the bars started to open back up.
