If you can figure out what the PCB layout is you can use some little pieces of wire to jump to the correct places. That's typically what people do when the pads get pulled off with the socket. I would bet the right pad was connected to the diode right above it.
I know it doesn't help now (and I wouldn't be too hard on yourself about it, everyone who uses hotswap boards will probably have this happen to them eventually), but you really need to be careful and support the socket from the back when you put in the switch.
