I live on the northeast side. The neighborhood I am in seems to be undergoing some kind of gentrification. They're building new houses, remodeling houses, rents are going up and property values are going up. Most of the houses in my neighborhood are 20 to 40 years old and in the realm of 1000 to 1200 ft but there is low inventory in the houses still so quickly.

When you look at the Northwest side, there's a high inventory of cheap houses. Houses aren't selling quickly. Lots of lipstick on pig, type of situations and a lot of crime.

You hear people blame the homeless because that is the f****** problem. A lot of the crime around here is committed by people that are not from here and do not belong here. The homeless trash and pollute everywhere they go and refuse any kind of real help to make their lives better.

Anyone in their right mind should have mixed feelings on this.

  1. Springfield has WAY TOO MANY homeless people. And quite frankly, I would like to see a lot of them move on and go somewhere else. We simply don't have the infrastructure to handle the number of homeless people and it shows. Have you ever seen what some of these homeless camps look like once the homeless are done with them? Have you noticed the PILES of trash that get leftover on every single major intersection from the beggars? The fact is, the vast majority of them are drug-addled, polluting troublemakers that are not from here and do not belong here. If they get picked up on the side of the road by the cops and refuse treatment, they SHOULD be jailed and fined. Get them the hell out of our state.

  2. homeless people are often homeless and in drugs due to mental illness and simply jailing them and fining them does nothing to help these people or the situation.

Ash at sports clips on south Campbell. She's getting started with her career but is the first person I've worked with that hasn't ruined my hair.

I too have an insanely thick medium length head of hair. I can go to her and get a good haircut and she listens to what I want/doesn't try to do too much.

I used to work in their corporate office. Without doxxing myself, the department I was in printed multiple hundreds or thousands of page reports for people in different departments to highlight certain pages, scan back in, and then shred the report.

This is how they did their accounting, among other things.

The manager of that department at the time finally told them "this doesn't line up with your mission statement let's get rid of these ancient laser printer as400 reports."

Bass Pro does all kinds of stuff like this. While I was there I was informed that the maintenance crew killed goose eggs with diesel. Nevermind the fact that it's bass pro and they could easily get a license to dispose of these pests legally, using corn oil.

Flights are almost never delayed because of Springfield. It's a tiny airport with 1 small concourse that barely gets used. If you see delays it's going to be something at DFW.

Flight delays seem to be more common than not, especially big airports like DFW or atl.
