Yes, spray foam is the "closed cell insulation" I referred to. Unfortunately it's not very diy friendly.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I know there is closed cell insulation that could be a good option, as well as the stone wool(?) Insulation. Not sure if that's correct, but there is a porous stone type insulation that comes in slabs that is also okay for this type of project.
