Shouldn’t the decrease in traffic improve the efficiency of distribution to the point where congestion pricing is evened out? Besides, an extra $20 on an entire truck probably carrying a hundred times more than that worth of goods probably makes just a dent.

That’s cause those tires belong to individuals, so if the owner of that car catches you slashing your tires you are probably gonna get your ass whooped. When it comes to public or semi-public property there’s no risk like that, hence why every single LinkNYC screen is shattered in certain neighborhoods

Say stupid things-> get labeled as a stupid -> acquire pariah complex -> start saying even stupider things because if nobody wants to listen to you then obviously it’s a problem with the system and not just because you’re stupid
social media has made stupidity even worse, it’s no coincidence that all the “free speech advocates” actually have the exact same beliefs

I’m sorry but it’s a little hard to sympathize with a 23-year old living clearly beyond their means (paycheck to paycheck with a near six figure salary) complaining about affordability

I was at a game against the pirates a few weeks ago and the entire stadium would stand up for the entirety of every Judge at bat, and this was when he was at like 60 or so. Absolutely he’s the reason why people are going to Yankee games rn

It’s absolutely hilarious that all the austerity, big government haters ended up hiring those same former bureaucrats, now working in industry, for 3x their original cost. It’s like they forgot that we actually need government to do stuff?
