Yeah it’s pretty weird they doing it like that, I’m not supporting that they do it that way, just saying that’s how their doing it and probably why it was unstable

Judging from the way the mortar is applied elsewhere, they were going to apply some on that section soon, so it was only temporarily unstable. But, it is probably a setup based on the fact that there is a camera pointed right at them.
