Yes. Another border dweller here. The Canadian/provincial government makes it embarrassingly obvious that you might want to look at the alternate numbers on your speedometer. They’ve been there since the 70s.

I went through 3 sets in 20 years on my Genesis II. Finally retired her last year. Gave her to an appreciative family member.

Learning to use a whetstone is a worthwhile skill. I only need to use mine once a year.
I have 30 years of daily use on both my Zwilling 4 star chefs knife and santoku to show for it. They are truly BIFL.
