60 fps is 60 fps. However, it’s possible that either the PS5 or PC version of a game has poor frame pacing.
Other things to consider:
are you using VRR on one platform but not the other? If your monitor has a higher refresh rate than 60 hz, did you make sure to enable VRR or manually lower the refresh rate while playing?
Are you sure you’re actually getting 60 FPS on PC? Some games have poor frame limiting implementations.
