Yep it's one of those things where in Hypothetical-Land it sounds like a reward for past good deeds on someone who accidentally committed a crime.

In reality.. It's kinda icky and the law should be the law. If you donated a million dollars to sick kids and still kill someone drunk driving, the crime is what matters.

A good wood stove is always a nice place to start. Been heating with only wood my entire life. It's a special kinda heat that just makes everything warm.

And since you have issues with losing power, you won't ever be cold if the power goes out (although as I said.. I know nothing about any other kind of heat so maybe it's true for gas).

Haha bullshit. I can talk of my town for instance.. Sturbridge is becoming a weird Frankenstein's monster of Luxury apartments going up (who the fuck would pay 2k+ a month to live in sturbridge) and the old poorer townies who they're trying to push out.

And these aren't even going up in the good part of town. Normal people still need a place to live and pushing them out of a normally affordable place to make investment properties isn't going to help.
