I was tricked by a friend in high school to put some on my balls. Before it started burning or cooling he placed a fan in front of me. I didn’t understand… then I did.
Idk how you could have put any on or in you, butt that’s insane.
My advice, wash it off and start eating/drinking better. Figure out your best amount for water intake daily. For example an active adult should be intaking at least 3.7 Liters (1 gallon) of water per day. As for fiber, I’m not too sure of the amount daily recommended per person but this is easy to fix. Get yourself some bran cereal or some prunes. In general you will find fiber if you start to eat healthier. Fiber is in many fruits and vegetables. Fast food does nothing for your health. Fiber helps keep things in your body moving. Water helps keep your body hydrated so it can also keep everything moving along. Too little of fiber and nothing moves. Too much and your poop gets too fluffy. You’ll know if you’ve over done it, it’s not painful but you get super gassy. Also if you don’t drink enough water with your fiber you can get gassy too.
It’s a personal experiment you should start doing to live healthier. Good luck and stay away from tiger balm.
