What point? Shit job has shit pay, even with the exaggerated pay increase. Plenty of non-shit jobs with non shit pay though. Like housing it all comes down to location. i know they are paid well but dont get much time off due to the company. so great they got more pay. these jobs always want better pay than desk/white collar jobs and same hours.🙄

also theyve been on strike/contract disagreement before and just got more money then too instead of time off type stuff.
