Used to work at a company where the support team had an internal 'bucket' they used to categorize outstanding tickets that did not have a resolution. As a joke they named it the 'Fuck It' bucket but they did not anticipate that when they changed their ticketing software a few years later it would end up exposing the bucket names to customers.

Many customers were not thrilled to find out their unresolved tickets were rotting away in the 'Fuck It' bucket.
