There was a panic and stampede I think at JFK a couple of years ago. People were evacuated to the tarmac. It turned out that the alleged gunfire that set it off was people clapping to celebrate something happening on one of the TVs.

The Avalon building in Bloomfield allowed dogs while I was there, but it's a monthly fee. Also it's right by the train station so the rent is on the high side. I honestly would not recommend them, but many people had big dogs there.

It says businesses are supposed to be accessible, but I don't think the act makes them. Someone has to sue the business to make it happen.

I'm not strictly opposed to ADUs, but they're not really a solution to the housing shortage. They'll just make more New Jersians into modern day kulaks. What we need is more public housing. My town just gave a sweetheart tax deal to some developers to put up some apartment buildings, which is such a waste. Why couldn't the town have built them for itself and collected all the rent instead of only portion, and only after the end of the tax break?
