Reply to ASPCA had my friend's "reported lost" microchipped cat. They rehomed it to another family and tried to get the microchip changed. Now another family own's the cat. by [deleted]
K, this is infuriating. It’s time to lawsuit their asses into compliance and emotional damage fees. That other family are pieces of shit as well.

People just don’t really litter in Japan to begin with. Every time I visit I am hard pressed to find any spec of trash on the ground.
Every food/drink related establishment has ashtrays because it is frowned upon heavily to ash on the ground outside. There is also usually one of those ashtray stands so a group of people can ash their cigs there and discard the butt into the garbage under the ashtray. If there isn’t one outside an establishment, people use an empty beverage container that they hold in their hand. Butts don’t get thrown on the ground, always the trash can. People smoking in their cars typically have a drink bottle filled with a bit of water and store the butts in there and then discard later.

Are these Japanese owned/ Japanese chefs? Or Korean/ Chinese owned/ operated?
Had a bad experience at a place called Sushi Bada in Suffern, NY. Haven’t seen nigiri that badly skimped/ small, too heavy handed in terms of rolling/presentation. They charged per single piece, but charged what you normally pay for 2. Quality was mediocre overall.
Example- ikura- $8.25 per piece- very, very light on roe.
Uni- $9.00 per roll. Very light on the uni- also looked like what you buy from Hmart.
Maguro- $4.80 per roll- sliced so thin it was see through.
Otoro- $9.00 per roll- same- sliced super super thin.

Good and AYCE don’t go together when it comes to sushi. Unless there are places that charge a $200+ per person cover. At that point just do a 15-18 piece Omakase and have actual good quality sushi.
