Honestly nothing beats a big ass 32 ounce cup of chocolate milk and downing it within 15 minutes then regretting it while your stomach yells at you while you think of getting seconds.

No people really think chocolate milk is for kids you should see people's faces when I get it at McDonald's in my kids meal it's crazy.
