That is rough. It ended up being a new grad I hired but again, 3 applicants. I have been lucky I suppose, I worked patient care for 15 years before I started in the informatics/data analytics side. Job hunts have been fairly easy because of the healthcare background with some tech.

Curiosity has been piqued, what type of "tech" positions? Remote only? For the last data analyst I hired we only had 3 applicants. Though, the company wouldn't let me make it a remote position and it wasn't a huge city.
