It says standard service for mine but “R-Residential” for the line above which is “Trans and Dist Rate”.

Well shit. I just noticed the rate hike on my bill too for the energy supplier - UI is the default and used to be comparable but now they’re just ridiculous at nearly 22 cents. Just switched to a plan around 11 cents/kWh. The top comment has the right website to look for other suppliers.
