Turtle beach and hyper x is known to be built like 💩.
The arctis line is also notorious for breaking prematurely. The arctis nova supposedly fix the issue.
Next time buy high quality, such as Epos, Sennheiser, and beyerdynamics. Stop touching those garbage headsets from hyper x, turtle beach, steelseries, Corsair, astro, Logitech, astro, etc.

3 years ago, I thought they were great budget headphones for $50, and fun for gaming.

Moderately wide, as expected.
Although, I find the shp9500 to be unusually too wide, especially in competitive FPS.
In gaming, the epos H6 Pro & dt 700 pro x had superior sound speration, superior imaging, and superior details.

I find the sound quality from a beyerdynamics dt 700pro x and epos H6 Pro closeback to be significantly superior in sound quality over the shp9500 🤷♂️

Odd, considering that's how I feel about the nova pro. I find the nova pro has the sub par imaging, narrow soundstage, and balance but boring sound signature for gaming.
