Razza is worth hype but not so much as the hype it gets.
Frankie's is basically across the street and it's great, but seems like no one has heard of it.
Corto others have mentioned, BUT it's amazing and worth mentioning again.
The Franklin is another great BYOB.
Edwards is a top tier steakhouse imo.
