Source code in Github should not be used to train a commercial product. Why would they do that? To benefit the human being? I doubt. It doesn't belong to Github even if under GNU/MIT or any licence.

I used to use 2080ti, and 3090, I think 3090 has tens of percentage advantage in performance. While for 3060 and 3090's performance difference, I didn't test.

Is there a guy who wrote the licence seriously? What's the point of `reinventing` such licence? Cann't GNU/MIT or other well-known licences cover their need? Is it just because the huge data collected cannot be seriously regarded as legal input for their training? It's really a waste of their talent on this.
