Try Seaflower Property Group in Wayland Square. They manage multiple apartment buildings on the east side and actually manage, maintain and respond. The office is right in Wayland, too. Nice area of the city to live. It’s a little more suburban environment over there than where all the renovated loft buildings are located.

Pine St so it is a little bit of a walk from that block actually. YEAH GO FRIARS!

Walking distance to Freeplay, Askew, and Alchemy in the Jewelry District too.

Clearly a person of, if not wealth, then taste.

Red Stripe is best food for reasonable priced imo.

But your Honor they got mad lights over there.

This is a little ride but the Side Door in Old Lyme Ct is a jazz only club. Kind of equivalent level acts to Scullers or the old Regatta Bar in Cambridge. Providence does have jazz here or there, but not really a club that just has jazz, so throwing it out there. That being said, Royal Bobcat, Courtland Club, Nick a Nees as others mentioned.

It’s on Valley close to Atwells across from Barstow St.

There’s a place on Valley St with good prices.
