Yes Harbor Point is safe lol. It's amusing to me as someone who's moved here from a larger city, how "unsafe" people think Stamford is. I guess if you've grown up relatively sheltered then sure, HP is "dangerous". Been here for a year and a half with zero problems. Drive through the surrounding areas all the time. Nothing. Just because someone looks at you a certain way or is of a different...ahem...color than you, doesn't mean in general the place isn't safe.

I went from Optimum to Frontier, and despite the negative reviews or whatever, I couldn't be happier. It seemed like I was having an outage on Optimum at least once a week, on top of the speed package being much worse than Frontier.

Been in HP for over a year (in a 2br/2bth). Fairly large apartment. I don't have any complaints outside of the pricing. It's safe, lots of outdoor space for dogs/kids, and my particular building has really good amenities. It's just expensive, but I don't have any building issues (well I don't live in Allure), neighbors are solid, no issues with noise. Not much to complain about from my end...
