I agree the shelters are secret, and for good reason, but these are also businesses that have to pay taxes, house staff, and get mail. They have public addresses for those kinds of purposes.

All the local domestic violence organizations have an office location that's not secret.

There's also the CoveredCT plan that was implemented this year by the state. It's basically the same thing as Medicaid / Husky insurance except for folks at a slightly higher income. You have no out of pocket cost and the insurance covers the same things as Husky.

Access Health CT can tell you if you're eligible for this plan just like they do for Husky and marketplace plans.
