>Tiger, MJ and Gretzky stand alone in terms of athletes in my lifetime

If we can only put men's faces on this hypothetical Mt. Rushmore, I would swap Gretzky with Messi and I think the tides are shifting increasingly towards LeBron in place of MJ, depending on age. But it's also hard to choose from...

  • Michael Phelps
  • Serena Williams
  • Mia Hamm
  • Simone Biles
  • Tom Brady
  • Tony Hawk
  • Federer
  • Usain Bolt

One of the most extraordinary things about Tiger to me is that he created the same level of excitement (or more) around golf of all things. There won't be another one.

There are a huge number of people who chase "latest and greatest" specs with their gadgets, despite a poor understanding of technology, itself.

This is for the person who buys the new iPhone with each cycle and always takes their Tesla key out of their pocket so that you can see it.

They've been a lot less dominant in the past 10 years than the 30 before that.

0 National championships in the last 10 years (3 appearances) compared to 2 UCLA championships (3 appearances).

In the 30 years before that, though, UNC were champions twenty one times and runners up on an additional two occasions. 21-2 in National Championships over the course of 30 years lol.
