Most of my recommendations are assuming you have a pc...
I second tetris, but playing tetris effect with its music is an experience in of itself. Especially in vr. Lumines also falls in this category.
Assetto Corsa with vr and the Shutoko revival project is so damn relaxing driving at night with the weather set to thunder and rain to some good music. I actually fell asleep and woke up to me crashing and my steering wheel going crazy. Pretended like I just didn't total an Impreza and went to bed.
Slay the spire consumes me, it sucks up all my attention and listening to music enhances the experience.
Devil daggers is quick pick up and play sessions trying to beat your best time. Very simple fps but challenging.
Audiosurf 2 is actually a great way to enjoy music, there are many games that use your own music, but I enjoy this one a lot. There's a very easy mod to use YouTube for a music source.
What I should recommend though are Minecraft, stardew valley, Terraria, animal crossing, and perhaps games like portal knights, dragon quest builders, and no man's sky to just explore.
