Honestly, it will be a hell hole and I'm sure many people will suffer and die for the exploration of the solar system, but the first one would be pretty basic, getting proper exercise in all the different elements you'll be working in. We have steps to do that for astronauts on the moon or on the ISS, but what about Mars or a satellite of jupiter or Saturn.
