Toast if you're in the nearer West End. Capital Ale House - Innsbrook in the far west. Don't see why you couldn't throw Hurley's or Pour House into those mixes. I'm surrounded by 20-something corporate STEM recruiters and honestly they aren't really that picky about where they go.

Many fond memories of being up at 3am, eating chili, drinking coffee, chain smoking, and leafing through Punchline at the 4th Street Diner.

I feel like they had better closure maps in the past, but here is a link to a Waze map that helps navigate around road closures.

If you can get your hands on a bottle of Uncle June's, you're in for a treat. Not a hot sauce, but a damn good sauce.

I couldn't bear to type out "american cheese" as a pizza topping, but if you say it works, I'll take your word for it!
I've seen a bunch of places offer plain ground beef as a topping, but Belmont was the only one that came up in my cursory search that offered french fries.

That's kind of what I'm seeing as a best option. Looking at the menu, Belmont can bake up a meatball, french fry, and tomato pie, and you can probably get them to use cheddar cheese. Sprinkle it with shredded lettuce and some pickles. Probably going to have to make your own sauce to add later, though.

For a single-family home rental in that area of the Museum District, that sounds about right. My mortgage in the same area of town is decently less, but I wouldn't say significantly.
But to be paying over $200 more for a chintzy apartment when you could have a whole house...? That's nuts to me.
