There is a chicken thief loose in north Philly. Not sure where in the city you are, but just FYI. I wouldn't put it past them to take cats too.

BRING BACK THE CHICKENS!! they were street chickens, not some common harlot hen you can just do what you wish with!

oh wow, thanks for insight! i KNEW they made a mistake in the pandemic by not doing ANY takeout for MONTHS (it actually may have been a full year IIRC), but i had assumed it was for other reasons.

i also assumed they didn't have a great relationship with their employees because there was a lot of turnover starting mid 2019. but yea, totally agree, pre pandemic, it was amazing. i was really angry when they closed, not just because i can't get food there, but more so at the owners, like "how could you let this slip away?!?! it was already poppin' AND IT CAN ONLY GET BUSIER!! the neighborhood is only going to grow more and more!! there are 8+ apartment complexes opening within a 10 minute walk from them, not to mention all of the single homes being remodeled or rebuilt in the same proximity"

not sure. i'd guess the owners were just not good business people, or perhaps had some kind of money spending problem (addiction, gambling, living beyond their means, etc) because that location was, is, and will continue to be a gold mine. im out of the restaurant business now, but if i was still in it, all i'd do is throw up some kitchen ducting and an exhaust fan. VOILA!! then it would be a gold mine x 2.

Soup Kitchen Cafe was great, but their owners were idiots for letting that close--it had fantastic location, it had years long history and recognition in the neighborhood, and it had well made basics, and a liquor license!! they couldn't make that work? fools, i tell you! FOOLS!

i wear my mask until it starts growing mushrooms. the humidity helps, especially with primordia formation, though the yield often suffers from a lack of nitrogenous proteins.

This is wholesome, but because you used a curse word, it is disqualified and down regulated to adorable, which is still quite high on the scale of human qualities, so don't act like this is an insult, it's just that wholesomeness is very special (one could go so far as to say it is sacred, but that would open up a can of worms for us moderns so big that we do not have time to deal with it here, so we will let sleeping dogs lie for now) and it's standards so high that is must be protected at all costs from contamination. It must never be tainted or corrupted. Even a little bit.

Deep beneath the Masonic temple. But you will find more than books there. Like divinized necrotic tissue waiting to be beheld (and put to use). Take great care if you proceed. The Ur-substance of all that is could retract if an attempt to reach it fails and is noticed by the eyes of Time.

Also, the theosophical society is in center city. Might be up your interests alley. They pay homage to the modern cult of the fact-ish gods we currently worship, but specialize more in esoteric history and practices.

hmmm. that makes it tougher. can't really give advice without knowing the person. i dont blame you for being angry >!nor would i blame you for taking an equivalence in vengeful action or being a dick when the appropriate situations present themselves!< but there is not much i can think of to do. 911 wouldn't come out for a smoke alarm, and neither would the cops >!hence my blacked out suggestion, which could be considered unjust in modernity. and so it may be. but sometimes justice sleeps, and we must stir it awake by ourselves!<. anyways, good luck.

I'm surprised an indoor smoker let's that happen. Usually they are too lazy to constantly turn it off, so they take the battery out or open the window before smoking. Maybe your neighbor likes games. Or is less intelligent than the average indoor smoker and hasn't figured out how to solve this problem yet.
