The book When Bad Things Happen to Good People was written by the dad of a 14 year old that died from a rapid aging disease. They knew when he was 2 years old that his life would be very short. Heartbreaking

Taking Olive leaf extract and resveratrol would give similar benefits to the Mediterranean diet.

Our brains need carbs. If you're only looking at the heart, maybe carbs seem bad, but we consist of a whole body.

Flonase, saline spray, occasional Claritin, and still have post nasal drip more than I'd like
