Sometimes it be like that. Time to find another book. As long as you're not expecting people to cater to your exact wants, that's fine. People are free to write how they wish, and you are free to choose what you want to read.

Your subjective opinion is valid. As are everyone else's. A lot of people may like that book. It's okay that you don't. Doesn't mean it's objectively bad. Doesn't mean that your wrong. It's just not for you, and you can choose to be satisfied by moving on to another book you might enjoy.
