Make sure the gutters are clean. If they are not water overflows and seeps along the house. Basement Systems is a good company to help you fix the problem also. Good luck.

That is one “old” camera enclosure. Are there 2 wires coming out the back? Power/video. Is it connected to the box below? Where is it recording? Lots of questions…but that is old tech.15-20 years at this point

I misunderstood your question. I would call oxford/seymour area town hall, see if they can point you in a better direction.
