Same, the GPS address for my building will take you to the back parking lot entrance of my building, but my entrance is the front/street side (the two sides are not connected and I have to walk outside in the dark all the way around the building) I fill in every possible address and special instructions spot with giant stars and capital letters and it's still delivered to the wrong entrance/complete other side of my building every damn time I swear

Don’t let up on animal control, blow up their phone if you have to until it gets handled to hold your POS neighbor accountable. Unfortunately they seem to love being unreachable and never returning phone calls from what I’ve witnessed in many towns/cities here.

I wish more ACOs in Maine were that way, used to work in shelters and I feel like a majority of them don't give a fuck and I genuinely wonder why they work the job they do if they aren't going to perform their basic job functions.

ABSOLUTELY call animal control and file a police report, letting your dog roam at large is a violation in itself as far as I know, let alone the fact that the dog is aggressive and attacking other animals and humans. Hold that fucker accountable, I'm so sorry that you and your sweet pup are going through this and I hope she makes a quick recovery.
