Yes, there are quite a few. There's an active Philadelphia Irish speaking group on Facebook (Gaeilgeoiri Philadelphia) and we have meetups at plough of the stars (usually).
Skill ranges from beginner to natives from gaeltacht regions (I'm from co mayo gaeltacht).

Used to have a similar problem on-and-off in Penns Port, I paid a plumber to install a two stage whole house water filter and it's worked well, was pretty cheap too. Paid $250 parts and labor.

Hope there's snow in Southwest NJ, with it being the only 7B climate zone in the state, snow is starting to be extinct here. There's now people here with palm trees that survive the winter without much effort.

I worked at Best Buy during the holiday season one year (2001) and those white vans were there on a daily basis, they would try to sell speakers to customers in the parking lot. We would the police on them all the time, but they were always popping in and out, always gone by the time the police would show up.

My friend took me to a place called Apple Pie Hill in the Pine Barrens. It sits between Philly and AC, it was apparently the closest place nearby with dark skies. It took about 45 minutes to get there from Philly. There was a fire tower there and at the top you could see Philly and AC. I've heard you can't access the fire tower anymore though.
