yup! called PSEG and they said rates went up but we’re decreasing as of Feb 1st so I am waiting for the best bill to see!

I live in a different lux building and find my pseg bills increasing each month! same situation—everything is electric..and it’s not an estimate reading ..they come read it every month! what is happening?!

never lived in their buildings but heard horror stories from folks—basically there was a rodent issue and management never really took care of it. If this is a newer building then you might be okay..just don’t expect a super responsive management team!
