Not knowing where you are at, I figure I would put out 2 options as not knee but ankle injuries and know how horrible it can be driving!

https://www.tristateortho.com/?l=ouc Walk in clinics off McKnight Road and in Seven Fields (up Cranberry way) from 4:30-6:30p

https://www.steelcityspine.com/contents/ortho-asap-quick-care Ortho Walk-in's on Monday and Friday 8am-3pm at St Clair Hospital and in Washington by the Meadows, but you probably don't want to wait until Friday.

The 1st one actually has a bunch of offices not just in the North Hills also, and I personally never really had a problem getting seen at one in a decent time frame if north doesn't work for you, wouldn't hurt to call in the morning if you are out of other options!

As a former drive who still hangs around the DD/UE subs here, general consensus is a few things. $2 per mile, or nothing under a $6-8 pay range for the order for a "reasonable" distance (which really depends on your market TBH it seems)

Your tips sound good, and I would have taken your orders (well not Walmart... but that is a different story all together when it was DD who did them!)

But there are a couple other things to keep in mind also esp if you are using a platform and not just say.. ordering from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns (who btw.. actually do use DD/UE to delver also..) and the main one is WHERE you are ordering from. 95% of Taco Bells, Popeyes, Arby's, you could offering me and many others a $50 tip for 3 miles and it won't get picked up. If you order from somewhere because the staff is so horrible you don't want to go yourself... tip even more! I say this as someone who has had to argue and yell to get staff to give me food at fast food places, and once was even told by a manager that I would have to wait until every single person who came in AFTER me to pick up and wasn't a delivery would order (4 of them...) , and get their food before they would hand me the already packed bags with a milkshake melting.

I would have to agree with those who say there is probably a leak somewhere TBH.

We are billed separately for water and sewer, but our bill is averaging $160 a month combined for 4 people. So 2-4 showers a day, dishwasher ran at least once a day, and 6 to 8 loads of laundry a week min..

On.. and my upstairs bathroom tub is broken. It isn't just a drip, it is now a full STREAM of water at all times, and unfortunately hot water. Getting it fixed in the next few weeks (80 yr old house with original plumbing.. so not a DYI project!!) but honestly, think like if you turn you water on with the facet so it is just running, purely on hot, 24/7 is how it is, and our bill is only about 25% more than yours! Before that leak it was about $100 a month combined, so those leaks do really really ad up!
