I got a DUI because I had a trace of marijuana in my system and I also had one drink and that was enough to convict me even though passed a field sobriety test. If you have any trace of 2 substances they will charge you. Zero tolerance. I was legal to drive with my BAC but because of the trace amounts of marijuana in my system, they assumed I was under the influence of 2 substances and BAC goes out the window. I got ARD, a year probation, lost my license, and about $5,000 taken from me.

I went to a concert in the Peterson Event Center and a person ate way too many mushrooms and jumped through a window and killed themself. It was like 12 years ago and still stuck with me (probably because I also had some shrooms at the same concert).

I’m a Democrat. We should have removed this dude from his position. This isn’t about party affiliation. Don’t make it about that. If you thought this guy was innocent, then why make him take all those classes? Not a good look.

That implies that alcohol effects everyone worse than cannabis and that’s not always the case. Especially if you have a first time user with mental health issues. I’m a daily user of cannabis, but let’s be honest about it. It’s not for everyone.

I use cannabis daily. I also sold guns for 3 years at a gun store. I also think that things only change through compromise, and I don’t think it’s ridiculous to not want people using drugs around guns…

Also, my point was that alcohol and guns do cause a lot of deaths. I know of at least 3 people personally that have killed themselves under the influence of alcohol. If we had a law that prevented people from owning guns that drank heavily or have depression it could prevent a lot of suicides (think red flag laws which many places are now implementing).

Just the people that are realistic and don’t want people that use drugs to have access to firearms. To be honest, I bet if you had a similar law with guns and alcohol, gun deaths would be severely cut. Having people use a depressant that impairs judgment and giving them a gun is a recipe for suicide or violence.

I’m near the New York border and right on the border there’s an Indian Reservation that’s where I’ve been going. No state taxes as of now.

I don’t see where anyone was shifting blame, just pointing out the fact that Trump freed his buddy he knew from being a contestant on his reality tv show. The only error was one of being of he was commuted and not pardoned, but to the average person that doesn’t really matter, the point was made.

People don’t believe that Bigfoot lives in PA, but bring up Mountain Lions and then you’ll get a bunch of people that actually believe that Mountain Lions still exist here.
