I recently moved downtown. Something you quickly notice is that about 25% of the pedestrians down here are afflicted with something. However, there are still great restaurants. You just need to circumvent two schizophrenics and three teenagers armed with pistols to get to them. Keep it moving and act like you’re a foreigner when the bums ask for money.
