A giant cricket spider got into my apartment while my boyfriend was on a fishing trip and it took me HOURS to kill it. I tried throwing things but my aim sucks and tried to get my dog to get it but she didn’t understand. I ended up duct taping an ice scraper to my broom and trying a shoe to it. It took until almost 3 am.

Mine are:

  1. Surprise birth. Every once in a while you see news stories about people going to the hospital because of abdominal pain and they find out they’re pregnant and in labor. Rare and unlikely but I could see it happening to me.

  2. Rabies. Once you have symptoms - that’s it. You are going to die a horribly painful death. There’s nothing anyone can do.

  3. Chimpanzees. They are stronger than most humans, aggressive, and nasty. Most animal attacks usually go for a quick kill by going for the throat or abdomen but chimpanzees will torture you to death. When they attack, they go for the face, hands, and genitalia. When I was a kid I saw a news story about a woman who survived a chimp attack and had to get a full face transplant and lost most of her fingers. I still have nightmares about it but I’ve never even seen a chimp in person.
