I just read an article today about a cop that was busted by internal affairs in a conspiracy to sell drugs in 2015. He went on to film a rape he committed and showed to a bunch of people in 2017.

He is still under investigation today and getting his full salary (over 100k) in 2023.

His own cops busted him and then he promoted his own rape video and he is still getting paid/investigated.

How do you justify this one?

I'm old.

I was wondering if the comments would be about motorcycle building racists or a cowboy gunslinger.

I was the only one apparently. I only saw Pokemon a few years ago with my son but they are a distant third to pop into my head.

I saw three in Flemington the other day.

A full size adult was sitting on a road kill deer about 15 feet into a field. Two juvenile eagles were waiting for their turn on the carcass.

Not too proud to scavenge.

Andrew Carnegie, the Scottish American industrialist/philanthropist, went to visit Princeton University.

He didn't think you could properly mold a young man with just rough sports, like American Football, so he donated money for a dam on the millstone river that would create Carnegie lake so.....that Princeton University could have men's rowing, a proper gentleman pastime.

After the battle the American troops headed north following what would be rt27 from Princeton area towards New Brunswick.

Obviously there was no Carnegie lake but the millstone river was an obstacle.

The American troops crossed and then destroyed the bridge behind them.

It is dangerous to get your troops wet in the winter so that stopped any pursuit that day by the British.

I like to imagine when I'm at the bottom of the lake by the little bridge by the mill what it must have been like to be a soldier at that time. It must have mostly sucked but not that day.

For some reason I picture the teacher and student still in the truck,

"Ok, so let's make a 'teaching moment' out of this...what do you think you did well? Ok, good and what did you think you need more practice on...?"
