Ok well that might be due to samples in the music belonging to someone else. Maybe universal has a deal with youtube, but the owner of the 1s sample looping throughout the song might not agree to that deal and want the content removed. So that specific 1s sample is added to YouTube's block list on the demand of the copyright owner.

Yeah. what you want is to be put on the same list as all the other artists that had their big $$ label sue YouTube to remove their content. They built that system to prevent lawsuits. Not for the benefit of small creators. If you want to be on that system you need to find a company (like a music label) that has enough power to force YouTube to add you to that list.

DMCA you need to hire a company with big $$ so they can sue whoever is using your content. Essentially.

Pay music industry lawyers so they go and talk to their friends over at the big music industry streaming services to add you to the DMCA list
