I wish all games had a demo version. Specially the big AAA titles, these studios can easily churn out a demo.

I really commend outfits like Laminar. They make the X-Plane12 flight sim

You can download a demo that is fully functional for 15 minutes. After 15 mins your controls are disabled.

But you can restart the demo as many times as you want. Theres no limit.

This lets you play around with the settings to see if your PC can handle it before you drop $.

Wish more game studios did stuff like this.

No need to install Epic client.

I just stay logged into the Epic website and claim the games from there using browser on pc or phone. It's faster.

I have sent up an alarm to beep me when the next free one rolls around.

I know I'll never play 99% of the free games so I mindlessly claim one that looks vaguely interesting and CBA to download the client.

This was a really fun game - when all the supernatural drug visions were not happening. I fuckin hate it when they go down that route.

Apart from that it was such a blast.

The first FC was brilliant..and then came the mutant apes and the game got uninstalled immediately.

But the absolute worst of them all is the festering pile of goatshit that is Far Cry 6. Hard drives weep with despair when this rancid mound of dung is installed on them.
