It’s not the lobsterman who lan their catch, it’s their laws allowing bycatch lobsters to be landed . That’s why boats land there over ME

If you can expense it and get a new truck why not?

All they need to do is make the Maine rules and regulations national. Prevent those NH and Massholes from landing v-notch and oversized lobsters that immensely contribute to the lobster population.
Ban the sale of drag kept lobsters from ground fishing!
Closing the loopholes in other states needs to happen

The whole ADU is a cluster pie for sure!!
I’m on my local planning board re-writing some ordinances to comply with state law.
Interesting enough it’s not as bad as it looks at first, it’s mostly dealing with housing density.
Hopefully they pass an amendment that LD2003 will only impact towns with less than 10,000 population

#FALSE Tracks and the property directly adjacent too is owned by the railway, they don’t want you on or near the tracks.

Distance yes. Time wise, all depends on the time of day. Topsham connector handles more traffic more easily. So with traffic it’s a toss up. Early morning/late night, pleasant street is quicker every time.
To each their own, this has been a problem since I worked in Brunswick 2009-20015

If you’re coming off 295 and heading up route 1 north, I think it’s better to just use the Topsham exit

Seconded timberland pros!
Best boots I’ve worn on a construction site. Wear them year round.
They’re all a little different with arch support/comfort so just do what feels best on your feet!
